Safety Datasheet Request

We can provide a SDS upon request for any color masterbatch produced by Uniform Color. Fill out our SDS Request form to request a Safety Data Sheet for our products.

FDA

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the pigments, additives and polymers in the product comply with the appropriate section under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations for their intended conditions of use.

EU Food Contact Compliance

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the pigments, additives and polymers in the product comply with EU Directive 10/2011 relating to plastic materials or articles intended to come into contact with foodstuff.

CONEG / California Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product does not contain any intentionally added lead, cadmium, mercury or hexavalent chromium. UCC can formulate masterbatches which comply with California Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act.

EU Packaging Directive

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product complies with European Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste.

Proposition 65

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches which comply with California Proposition 65 “California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986”.

RoHS & RoHS 2

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product complies with European Directive 2011/65/EC – RoHS and with European Directive 2015/863 – ROHS 2. (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances)

REACH-SVHC

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product complies with REACH regulations regarding Substances of Very High Concern (REACH SVHC 1907/2006 Annex XV).

Phthalates

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product is free of intentionally added phthalates.

Bisphenol A

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product is free of intentionally added Bisphenol A (BPA).

Deca BDE

Uniform Color can formulate masterbatches and certify that the product is free of intentionally added Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE).
