Audia Joint Team 2024
With our commitment to sustainability, 220 global coworkers from Audia (Washington Penn, Uniform Color, Southern Polymer, Audia Elastomers) journeyed to Billings, Montana for Joint Team 2024.
Joint Team occurs every two years and is an Audia-wide global gathering that brings together our coworkers to share our company objectives and sustainability goals.
Despite the unexpected hot weather, our two days of tree planting on Wednesday, September 26th, and Thursday, September 27th were a testament to our strong dedication to our sustainability mission. Through great teamwork and a shared goal to help the Earth, we planted approximately 4,500 trees. This remarkable effort will help offset the carbon emissions we produce while serving our customers and keep us on the path to carbon neutrality. We are immensely proud of our collective accomplishment in such a short time. A heartfelt thank you to all our coworkers for their participation in this significant event, and congratulations on a job well done.
We eagerly anticipate continuing Audia's longstanding tradition of uniting to create a better world by serving our communities and planet.
In addition to our efforts in planting trees, My Green Earth™, an Audia subsidiary, sponsored "The Beef Brawl" cooking competition featuring three professional chefs: Chef Chris Hall, Chef Miles Angelo, and Chef Mauro Elli. The competition showcased our sustainably-raised, ultra-premium, grass-finished beef. Each chef was judged by a panel of four judges who scored the dishes based on appearance/presentation, execution, taste, and creativity/innovation. Congratulations to Chef Chris Hall and his sous chef, Alyssa for being the 2024 Joint Team Beef Brawl Champions!
